What is Your Best or Favorite Post for the Year?

Since we are coming to the end of the year 2007, and it is time for reflection, I thought it would be nice to see what people thought was their best or favorite post this year.  Mine is:  What does Our Flag Mean to You?

Any post from Jessica Horton from GA.  She is fantastic and a breath of fresh air.  She is very encouraging to the new people in real estate.
